The Bible
The Bible is God's Word to all people. Human authors wrote it under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because God inspired it, the Bible is the supreme source of truth without any mixture of error and is entirely relevant to our daily lives (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Psalm 119:105,160).
God
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God (Genesis 1:1; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is completely human but, at the same time, completely God. Jesus lived a perfect life and offered Himself as the substitution for all people by dying on the cross. He defeated death in His resurrection and ascended to Heaven's glory to return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords (Matthew 1:18-23; John 1:1-5, 14; 10:30; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Acts 1:9-11; Titus 2:13).
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He convicts people of their sins and their need for Jesus Christ. He lives in every believer from the moment of salvation and gives them a spiritual gift. He provides the believer with power for living, an understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right (John 14:16-17, 26; Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:14,16).
Man
All people are made in the image of God and are the supreme object of His creation. People were created to have fellowship with God but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people cannot attain a relationship with God through their own efforts. Every personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:10).
Human Sexuality
God has wonderfully created each person as male or female. These two genders reflect the image and nature of God. God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity take place outside of a marriage between a man and a woman. Any form of sexuality outside the marriage are sinful perversions of God's gift of sex. God created two genders, male and female, and He rejects any attempt to alter one's gender by surgery or appearance (Genesis 1:26-28; Deuteronomy 22:5; Romans 1:26-29; Mark 10:5-9).
Salvation
The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sins. Salvation is a gift from God; it cannot be earned through our own efforts and is maintained by the grace and power of God. Once people have placed their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, they are secure throughout eternity (Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 1:12, 14:6; Titus 3:5; John 10:29).
Eternity
People were created to exist forever. They will exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence (John 3:16; Romans 6:23; John 14:3; Revelation 20:15).
The Church
The Church is a local community of baptised believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teaching of Christ and obeying His commands. It desires to glorify God by loving Him and working together to bring the Gospel to the world (Acts 2:41-42; Ephesians 1:22-23; Matthew 28:19-20).
Ordinances
Baptism is the immersion of a saved person in water representing the death, burial and resurrection of the Saviour: and it is to be administered by the authority of a New Testament Church (Acts 8:35-38; 10:47-48, 2:41; 16:30-33; Romans 6:3-5; Matthew 28:19-20).
Communion, the Lord's Supper, is a Church ordinance to be observed by faithful and obedient members in remembrance of our Lord's death (1 Corinthians 11:17-34).
Future
The New Testament Saints will be raptured to "meet the Lord in the air" and will be saved from the wrath (tribulation) to come here on earth (Pre-tribulation) (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 2 Thessalonians 2:3; John 14:3; 1 Corinthians 15:34-54).
The Lord Jesus Christ will come after the tribulation and prior to His Millennial reign (Pre-Millennial) with His New Testament Saints to the earth, according to His promise (Matthew 24:27-30; Jude 14,15; Revelation 1:7; 19:11-16; 20:1-6).
